Returns & Refunds
All products from PoolAutoFill.com are handmade in the USA and they undergo rigorous testing and inspection before shipping, so returns are rare. However, if you find a manufacturing defect in one of the modules, either the frame, black box or the weight pouch, you may contact us to return the module for a replacement within 30 days after receipt of your Pool Auto Fill. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without those services, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
